Contact the coaches by E-mail

On this page you have the ability to contact the three coaches by E-mail. Feel free to ask them any sporting related questions, things you would like to know about the VIS or just general questions about the athletes and / or coaches.

One thing that we do ask of you is that you put in the subject line of your E-mail what you are asking about.
So fire away your E-mails, our coaches are eager to hear from you, please allow time for a reply as the coaches may be busy answering other E-mail or out coaching.
